Highlees Farm sits in the hills of Ayrshire overlooking Dundonald castle, the ancestral home of the Stewart Kings of Scotland.
We specialise in naturally rearing traditional breeds of animals. Hebridean lamb, hogget and mutton and Belted Galloway Beef. We also rear a small number of turkeys each year and run a flock of both traditional and rare breed hens producing free range eggs.
Our grass-fed slow-gown farming methods ensure that our meat is the finest and tastiest you can buy.
